    How can I install new drivers on Mac?

    On Mac is there any way to view the firmware version?

    Moreover I have this issues: Connecting my redmi note 9 pro with LDAC nosound from XQ-50pro, but if I go to developer options and change freq from 96khz to 88khz XQ sound good.
    Connecting my macbook air M1 via bluetooth no sound nor with aptx nor with AAC..

    Hi, it looks like after upgrade the firmware to V0.1.9 no connection possible, i tried pc and phones mate10pro and mate20pro with no success, but the x50pro is in the bluetooth list, i dont understand, why is not possible downgrade if this software is unusable, please give us the archive of the firmwares, or if is a hardware problem i can change anything on the board because i have repair centrum,thanks

    Hi, Please try to clear the Bluetooth record in your phone, and then connect again

    Apple devices have no aptx and LDAC

    Hi admin,
    could you please grant access to the V0.1.9 firmware? I tried the 0.1.9.1, but the the automatic switch-on doesn’t fit my needs.

    Hello.
    I use XQ-50 Pro.
    Today after updating the firmware to 0.1.9.1 the device is not working. There was no problem in the upgrading process – it finished successfully.
    But now, if I connect it to the power cord, the device shows only the xDuoo logo and freezes.
    I can’t connect the phone, because of an error: “incorrect pin”.
    Moreover, I can’t rollback firmware because when the device is connected to the PC, 10 seconds of pushing on the power button don’t do anything (but before upgrading the device went to DFU mode).
    What should I do to bring the device back to life?
